My focus is always learning how to improve my raw fruit and vegetable diet so I like to attend the conferences and seminars that I can get the most out of in regards to this area of expertise. With over 30 free workshops, seminars & cooking demos to choose from, 200 healthy living products & service exhibitors, free medical testing, yoga & qigong classes and belly dancing & Zumba Shows this is one healthy lifestyle event that is super fun to attend. I always love a good excuse to visit California as well and Del Mar is beautiful so this one always seems to find its way to the top of the list.

Holding a primary vision to create a “create community around mindful living the Wanderlust festivals include yoga, healthy eating, environmental awareness, health and wellness, speaches, educational seminars and music. One of the best aspects of this get together is that it tours all over the country so usually there is one that ends up being very close to me.
